To complete this answer you need to put the number of bike in order from low to high e.g. 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 3 3 3 3 4 4. As there is an even number the two middle numbers (1 and 1) need adding together then divided by 2.
