In order to be eligible for a refund for a subscription, you must not have downloaded subscriber-only content from the ‘start date’ (the time that you took out your subscription).
If you have not logged in or downloaded free content only from your subscriber account, you will be eligible for a refund. This will be processed within five working days of receipt of your request, and it can take up to ten working days for the refund to be processed by the bank. The money will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Eligibility for refunds are time-limited to 30 calendar days from your purchase date. After this date, we are unable to process a refund for a subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscription (without a refund), you can do this at any time. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] who will be happy to arrange this for you.
If you selected to automatically renew your annual subscription, but subsequently want to cancel this, please contact us within 7 working days prior to your renewal date to cancel the automatic renewal.
